street glide seat?

has anyone ever put a pre 08 street glide seat on a pre 08 ultra?

Corbin list the '08 as a 1 year only. Mustang says '08 & up same seat. As far as I know '07 & previous, all touring frames are the same.

was told on another forum yes under 08 will work and thats good news cuz I found a la pera seat for the street glide that would look sweet on my ultra and my feet will reach the ground!
