The one I find most interesting is the Ultra Limited Low.  Obviously at least one person at H-D has been reading the complaints from the short to average crowd about seat heights on the late model Touring bikes.  I'll be interested to see how they accomplish the "Low" part.  Lowering the suspension and decreasing ground clearance and ride quality wouldn't impress me at all, but something that actually lowers the seat and still maintains decent comfort would.

Jerry

If it follows what they have done in the past it will be lower everywhere. They took a little from the suspension, a little from the seat position and a little from the seat itself. This way it's not all from one thing so the hope is nothing suffers from the change.

A lot of guys i ride with could not even touch the ground well on the CVO Limited. If they lower the whole bike they will ruin the cornering and handling. It needs to be a frame and seat redesign combination.

The Limited Low isn't a CVO bike!  Note the engine cc for the "low" is listed at 1688cc which equates to 103ci.  Also based on the EIM(kg) of the known wet head bike (CVO Limited) I'd expect the Road Glide Ultra to be a wet head and the Street Glide to be the tried and true non-twin cooled engine.

As for a softail or dyna CVO I don't think you'll see one.  The CARB site has been 100% spot regarding the new model year lineups.  Guess we'll see in a few days.

Interesting that the HD dealer meeting has been removed from the local Nashville convention listings.  It was originally shown as Opryland Hotel, last week of August with 4000 attendees.  The local Bumpus HD has scheduled a 2015 model intro on Saturday, 30 August.  Guess most dealers are getting new models in over the next week and a half.  Hope they have some CVO's.

The 2014 Milwaukee Rally starts its 4 day run on the 28th and the website says the 2015 bikes WILL be on display on the HD Museum starting the 28th.  Which is exactly what has occurred the last 2 years on the same weekend when I have gone down there.

It would be strange if there are only Three CVO's for 2015, as they have had four models to chose from for many years now.  I agree that both the CVO Limited will be wet as it is this year, and I too believe the CVO Road Glide Ultra will be wet.

The CVO street glide could go either way.  I however am leaning to it being wet also.

My guess is the fourth CVO this year will be the CVO Deluxe, if not it the break out.

Rumor has it that some dealers got 2015's today, so it looks like they are out on the trucks en-route to dealerships around the country.

Talked to my dealer on tuesday and I asked when would the 2015 models get in and I was told one week which considering prep time would indicate they are probably on the road...and could very easily already be at some dealers.

I don't know why they couldn't do something like the FBI drop seat kit. Got it on my bike and its really cool looking and you get a lower driver height!

Have you already posted pics of your ride with the FBI that I may have missed seeing?   ;D

Yep, I'm taking this off topic for a sec- BigLew, I'm intrigued by the lower seat height, but I've wondered how much it affects your vision. I don't think I've seen the kit in person, so I'm wondering if I would be completely hidden behind and under the fairing.

Now- yes, I am also excited about seeing the new models. Our dealership also said they would have bikes for unveiling next week.
