Just about got her where I want her, may round up a regular road king windshield for cold weather riding and may have Jody tune her in on the dyno, but that's about it for now. So far this is a great machine.

If I wasn't hankering for something different - my local dealer has two of the grey RK's, for about dealer cost.

In the words of a great American, Mr. David Lee Roth, "Go ahead and Jump". All of the changes since our SEEG's were made are really great, I would do it again in a minute. Only Pansies need a radio.

Interesting how removing the CAT, changing the baffles, and remapping the the ECM eliminating the low-rpm vibration/ shake, Shrader.  Although we don't have to change much to alter a harmonic vibration, I guess. My SERK definitely rattles the windscreen, especially on engine deceleration, around 2000 erpm.

Thanks for the feedback on your baffle, CAT & reMAP using the Fullsacs. I've been contemplating the 2.0 baffles - and was debating putting in a new header pipe (without CAT), and even the TTS reprogram.

I left an online message on Fullsac's website a couple weeks ago with some questions...got the auto-reply they received my inquiry (only)...but no other response.  Your comments are very helpful.

Scott at Fullsac told me when I called that they have been having trouble with email. I had sent a message around three weeks ago that went without a response. Call them!!!

I second that, best bet just give Fullsac a call, they are very helpful.  They also have a very good product.  I have there head pipe and baffles on My 13 CVO King, my 15 CVO Road Glide Ultra and my wife's 15 Road Glide special.  I also had it on my 09 SERG, and 12 SERG, plus my wife's previous two street glides.

How hard is it to change baffles for a do it yourself project? How much difference between 2.0 and 2.25? I already have the V&H Xpipe just not enough sound wit stock mufflers. Also do I need a new map or just have the bike dynoed?

Its a piece of cake to change the baffles using a proper cutting tool, not a dremel. It can be done with a dremel but it takes longer.

Noise is almost entirely subjective, in my opinion the 2.25 baffles are only slightly louder, but the 2.0 will perform slightly better due to back pressure.

As for the Map, Fullsac would be the ones to ask about the XPipe map. Many people feel the maps are close enough without having the bike dyno tuned, providing that you use a stock decatted headpipe or Fullsac headpipe, however in your case with the Xpipe i don't know for sure. I would probably try the base Fullsac map and see how it runs. I suspect it will be fine with the V&H headpipe, but if it surges or something then you could have it dyno tuned.

I use a dremel, just takes more time and cutting wheels (10 in my case for both mufflers).

Like SHRADER mentioned, the sound is subjective.... I like it.  It gave the bike that bark that was missing.  I also went with 2" due to the comments on performance over the 2.25".

That was all the change that I did, so I left the map alone/stock.  I also have a FuelMoto ceramic coated head pipe that I might install at some point in the future.  For now I am just trying to ride this as much as I can :)
