I checked via your instructions and that is the version I have now, 1.18.0

Have you tried re loading 1.18.1 I am running it and changing tracks works fine
there are still some other bugs  " But they all do that"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dealer has reloaded it, same issue.  Yet it worked on 1.18.0

A lot more than some issues.  Ride though a tunnel, it dims, you have to shut the bike off to get it to go bright again.  Thinks East TN is part of Central time zone.  Medea player drops out for no reason, have tried several iPods.  The list goes on.  You would think by second year of production the bugs would be worked out.

Nothing, when you move the left joy stick left or right.  It should move track up or down.

Look in the media menu and make sure presets is not checked it should be seek.

Works fine for the radio, and XM.  Just does not work with any of my three iPods.

Have you tried the Thumb drive. I have 1.18.1 in my 14 and it works I only have the Ipod that came with my 12 and I just went out and loaded some music on the thumb drive and  that worked also sorry could not help must be different in the 15 good luck
