Approx !:39 into it how do you get the tail lights to do that? I have idled it & had people follow me at idle and it doesn't do that... nothing I see in the manual... it might be cool...

Videotape/record yours and they will do it... it's something that the human eye can't see/catch but when video'd it will show up.. something similar to seeing a videotaping/recording of a computer screen and you can see/notice the refresh rate.
