I had a leak on my 03 SERK.  It was coming from one of the hoses that conected to the cooler.  I had the bike in the shop for another issue and mentioned the leak.  They replace the factory clamp with a standard hose clamp and that fixed it.  Hope yours is that easy.

How recent was the last oil change?  During filter changes the lost oil can get caught in the cooler and drip from there for quite awhile.

That's what I was thinking.

Il def check the clamps and stuff
Ill remove the chromewcover as well and see if I can find the leak. I also have dye in the oil so Ill be able to tell for sure thats its from the engine and not somethign I ran over. I know that sounds kinda dum but I found oil on the inside of the front tire fender.......

also check to make sure your oil filter hasnt backed off. i just had this problem 3k after the last oil change. had a spot on the floor. upon looking at the bike i thought it was where the oil filter and cooler adapter went together. went to remove the oil filter to check and it was barely tight. it was seeping past the seal and down the lines and blowing on the front of the housing of the adapter. just another thing to check.

I had a similar situation & ended up tightening the oil filter.  I have had to do this a few times since I bought it new in 08, this was after putting a few thousand miles after an oil change.  I stay with K&N to make it easier to install, remove & re-tighten.  This one sounds much easier to solve than your other leak.  Hope you get everything all figured out.

Had the same thing on my 2010 SEUC. The oil filter adapter was leaking between the housing and the adapter they use for the oil cooler. The nipple that oil filter screws onto had a hex head inside of the nipple, the nipple had backed off and allowed the housing to drip. Only noticed it when the oil was hot. Might be something to check.

I removed the chrome cover and pulled the oil cooler off to the side, cleaned everything up. The hose clamps on the cooler were lose, one in particular. My hoses are wire mesh covered, are yours? They may look noce but they are a PITA do deal wiht and make it hard ot fins leaks.
I re installed the oil cooler sans the chrome cover so I can check for leaks when I ride next.
Thanks for the info!

well this is starting to suck, after tighning, cleaning etc, thursday night I ran the bike for ten min at idle. no leaks. Fri i found a drop of oil under the cooler, and the bottom row of fins is wet with oil. I checked both hoses and the boss plate whaere they mount it was dry there. I had planned on figuring this out over the weekend, but had a family emergency.

The lines a covered in that mesh crap, and taped wiht elecrical tape at the clamps. I'm hopeful that it is leaking there, but I think Im going to have to remove the cooler and put 5 psi of air to it somehow and spray soapy water on it to find a leak.

If i find a leak  may solder it, a new one is 157 bucks and the prebent oil lines, they cost 47 each.

I remember the first time I took that chrome cover off and found all the gravel filled oil gunk that was gathering under the cooler. I saw a drip and that made me look.

My first new CVO was an '08 SERK.  It too had an oil leak at the cooler.

Seems to me that there is an adapter with a two bolt plate on the right side, maybe it was a cover there; too many moons have passed too be sure.  Mine leaked on this flange. The dealer replaced the gasket twice but it still leaked. I took it off and took some of my private stock gasket material and made my own. I used #2 Permatex on both sides of the gasket and it never leaked again.

At first you would only see a drip, wipe it off and it looked good until you rode it and let it set overnight.

Good luck with yours.
