Volume control stopped working

Just in case others experience the problem.  My volume control stopped working on my way home.  The dealer took her in an upgraded to the latest software patch.  No problems since...

Which soft ware version did you have?  the 1.18.0.  version did that a few times, just shut bike off and restart and it would work, the new 1.18.1, has other glitches in it.  In fact as of yesterday it was on hold on the consumer web site.

Had it happen several times as well. Even after upgrade.

Hasn't hit me again so far.  I can't remember exactly which version it was but was told I was 5 updates behind.  I think it was 18. something but not sure.
