It took about a month or so after purchase to get mine, it was mailed directly from the museum. The dealer never mentioned it so it was a nice surprise. Here is what I have after spending $55K with the MOCO!

I called the Harley Museum last Thursday or Friday, can't remember, and asked them concerning this item.  Today, in the mail, I received a package from the Harley Museum with a letter and a coin.  They thanked me for my purchase of a 2014 CVO limited but stated that the year of free museum membership and other items included with the purchase of a CVO was a temporary promotional offer to sell 2013 and 2014 CVO's.  With the release of the 2015's the museum membership offer ended, recently, as the letter states.  Thus no museum membership on my purchase. I have a call into the museum in which I will ask specifically when did their offer of museum membership with a CVO purchase end as I purchased my bike on August 9 of this year, a bit before the release of the 2015's.  Will post a update after that conversation with a representative of the museum.

Chased the dealer for my coin and they chased the MoCo. Got an email straight away from a guy at the museum and my coin is in the post. Appears they had forgotten to send it out to me! Still, result

I am updating my information I listed above concerning this topic.  After a somewhat rocky start with a representative of the museum, they determined that since the purchase of my motorcycle did in fact occur prior to the release date of the 2015 models that sending me a coin as well as offering me a free one year admissions membership in the Harley museum in Milwaukee was appropriate.

That was the right thing to do ... besides out of the thousand of free memberships I would imagine it would be in the single digit percentage of those that got them take advantage of them.

No big loss if they offered a membership to everyone that purchased a bike... besides when they get you there they are going to get more money because the will have overpriced items that will be bought.

I picked-up my 2014 CVO Road King 60 days ago (09AUG).
In the mail today (10OCT), I received a package from the H-D Museum - with my "gold coin" (photo attached), two 1-year Museum passes, six guest passes goddess for 1-year, and a (cheesy) "Museum dog tag & key chain thingy".

So, I guess the 2014 CVO bikes must come with the tchotchke kit - you just have to be patient!

Finally got my coin through the post today. It's definitely worth chasing through your dealer if you don't get one sent by the museum. Good ole West Coast H-D of Glasgow

Contacted my dealer today. He said he had never heard of it but would check into it and get back to me. I'll give him a day or so then call again.
