Glad you finally got your coin  Had to have the hand grips replaced when the bike went in for the recall, the chrome colour had come off on the left one and the grey plastic was showing through.

   How long did it take to get your coin ?     I've had an issue with registering the bike, I want to make sure I don't have a problem getting the coin.

I bought my bike on 3rd May 2014. I only found out on 6th October that everyone else had a coin except me. I wouldn't have known if it weren't for this wonderful forum. I chased my dealer immediately who was also unaware of the coin. They chased the MoCo and the museum got in touch with me on 9th October. My coin arrived on 20th October. The main thing here was if I hadn't chased I would never had got it.

   Ok, Thanks.    I contacted MOCO. Customer Service.   I left a Msg. For the woman I was dealing with.   I hope She can get to the bottom of it.

For the guys that didn't get the coin, until they inquired, I hope you guys got the rest of the things you should have, like a bike cover, saddle bag liners, etc.

Yep. Got all that stuff from the dealer when I picked the bike up. The cover is really good.

Got my stuff today!  A little diligence, persistence, and this forum paid off!  I called the first time and they said no that it wasn't included. After further discussion on here...I followed up with them again. The guy figured out it was supposed to be included with the bike and connected with the museum folks. Looks like I gotta plan a trip!

 I got a really nice cover,4 tshirts,coin, museum membership and 6 other free passes and a big grin on my face everytime I look and ride the bike.

No big loss if they offered a membership to everyone that purchased a bike... besides when they get you there they are going to get more money because the will have overpriced items that will be bought.

 

actually when i was at the museum, the stuff they had for sale was actually cheaper than what they had for sale at the dealer.  so overpriced is relative

When I went to make the deal on my 2015 CVO Street Glide, my sales guy handed me the box of goodies that was shipped with the bike still sealed and said lets go through this stuff and make sure its all there.  Going from memory here is what was in the goodie box:

1:  CVO Bike Cover
2.  CVO bag liners
3.  CVO Brass Key
4.  Helmet headset
5.  Tool Kit
6.  Manuals

Hey Born2live...  Curious.... Does ur CVO key work on ur locks?  I asked my deLer for one, which they got me, but I suspect it was just one they had lying around.

Why anyone wants a coin or a gold key is beyond me. Worthless junk to me. Well besides I used the coin for target practice. Looked great after a few .45s
