I was wondering if anyone has had the problem where they make a finger print of there SE and when they try to get Naviextras Toolbox to allow access or recognize that you even have your flash drive plugged into the computer it does not work!  This is my new 2015 SE Ultra bike, my 2014 SE Ultra was totaled this Memorial Day.  I updated my maps last year through Naviextras and had no problem, this bike or Thumbprint or whatever has me baffled!  I created an account in Naviextras but cannot get it to recognize my Thumbprint software.  I called Naviextras and they told me that I shouldn't worry because there are no available map downloads but could not help me on getting Naviextras to recognize my Thumbprint!  They told me it was my PC but I don't believe that's the problem! Pissed in Pittsburgh!  Lol

Had the same issue this morning on my 2015 FLHXSE.  Searching for resolution myself.  Good to hear there are no real updates to worry about yet.

There is a rumor and nothing more that they are looking into changing from navi to google maps.  Don't even know
if that is possible let alone true.  This came from a source that has been spot on multiple times.

I hope so cause there is no love from the navi group thats for sure.

Just one thought....are you letting the bike system to completely boot up? The navigation has to completely boot up on the bike or it won't work.
I did two bikes Wednesday and didn't have a problem.

why did you guys update anything...my 14 came with the newest version and still is the newest version for north america available

It's not the point of updating anything, it's the point of being able to log on to the damn site!  Naviextras will not recognize the thumbprint of my bike which means at this point I can never update even if there are updated maps, I'll have to go to the dealer! Well maybe that's the point!!!

I am experiencing the same issue with my 2015 FLTRUSE. Does anyone have an update on what is causing this?

Not to date. I went to the dealer and Chuck the savvy electronic guy at Z&M told me that it was not recognizing my thumbprint because there were no upgrades!!!!  I find that utterly preposterous!!!

Just got off the phone with HD Customer Service. The rep tried to tell me the same thing about there are no updates so that is why it doesn't recognize the device. I explained that on my 2014 CVO Limited the device was recognized every time I checked even though there where no updates required. I mentioned that everyone I know with a 2015 CVO is having the same issue. I was put on hold so the rep could ask a tech. The tech's response is that they are aware that Naviextras will not recognize the 2015 models and are currently working with Naviextras to resolve the issue. HD File # 2399153
