What is your definition of a "REAL" tuner? 

You may find that the new V&H FP3 does everything a "REAL" tuner does but more efficiently...and without the cost of half a day on a dyno.

I've got the V&H Power Duals, CVO 4" cans and 2 1/4 Fullsac cores, V&H FP3 and SE Heavy Breather on my 15 FLTRUSE and it flies.  I had the same setup on my 09 SERG only used the SE Race tuner with a Dyno tune.  Right now, I'd say the two bikes run pretty even.

I totally agree. I have the FP3 on my 2014 CVO Road King with power duals and monster rounds. Basically, with the FP3, you are downloading and flashing a map made for that exact bike with that exact set up put together by V&h. I flashed the map and I am getting incredible power and low end torque. It also runs smoother than my other road king (big bore stage 2) that was dynoed at my local dealer. Plus I am getting tons of real time info on my iPhone while riding.
It runs so well I did not even bother to autotune.

I believe this reference is to: TTS Mastertune, Dyno-Jet Power Vision, SEPRT (HD race tuner), Thundermax, FuelMoto, etc.

The Fuelpak FP3 is available for Harley-Davidson models which utilizes the CAN Bus HDLAN ECM which includes 2014 Touring, 2011-2014 Softail, 2012-2014 Dyna & 2014 Sportster models. (NOT COMPATIBLE WITH: 2011-13 CVO SOFTAIL, 2011-13 CVO DYNA, 2011-13 CVO TOURING or V-ROD MODELS) FuelPak FP3 does not support modifications such as aftermarket cams or big bore kits.

It appears that the FP3 does use the 02 sensors, particularly in the "autotune mode", therefore they are not by-passed.
