Anyone using the Dynamic Ringz led blinker inserts? Custom Dynamics' web-site claims 2014 and newer doesn't need a load equalizer. I want to know if this is true. Also, if I get them should I get some clear lenses or will they be bright enough with the stock smoked lenses on my CVO King?

Put them on my 14 CVO RK they work great, no load equalizer needed. The smoke lenses are good to go, lights are plenty bright. The only thing you need to do after you install is turn on your emergency flashers for about 5 - 10 seconds to make the dash blinker indicator flash at normal speed.

It is true, and the WORK! When you do front and rears the blink speed will be the same as the stock bulbs. only thing that changes is the blink speed on the dash; to fix that just turn on the four way flashers for two minutes and it will reset to the correct flash rate. I really like how well they work, they are extremely bright.

On my FLHXSE3 I ended up adding the Custom Dynamics SS8 Signal Stabilizer.

With the smoked lenses, the Dynamic Ringz are plenty bright

I installed them front and back on our bike, see the pic below for front view.   :2vrolijk_21:

A plus is they add a little area light just in front of the bike at night.

Thanks for the replies folks. Amazon sells them for about $65. Money well spent I think.

While I do have to run the load equalizer on my '12, I love these lights.  For early morning riding to work, they act like small fog lights and give plenty of light to both sides and a decent distance in front.  I had the smoked lenses but changed them back to the clear so I could have a bit more light.  One of the best mods for the money I've done.
