Hey guys need some help with part numbers. I am wanting a matching passenger backrest for my 14 CVO Road King and I cannot find it in the catalog. I am running the stock seat and I would like one to match. Anyone have the matching backrest for the low sissybar? If so, can you share the part number and share a pic? Many thanks!

I used the backrest setup from the '12 SG CVO
Part numbers:
1 x H-D Detachables Sissy Bar Upright - Chromed - PN: 52610-09
1 x SGC CVO Passenger Backrest Pad- PN: 52300035
1 -Styled Backrest Mounting Plate- PN: 52825-05
2 x 52682-09 (turns out that the backrest comes with these already... so these just sit in a box in the garage)


But that is chromed, not black.  I had it from the RGC CVO...maybe I will get it powder coated black down the road... Sissy bar is now available in black... here is the part number: H-D Detachables Sissy Bar Upright Black Part Number 54248-09

Let me know if you find a perfect match for the pillow...

OK... for the matching passenger backrest pad.  Best to go to the dealer and have them look up the part number for the one that came with the 2013 RK CVO... I think it is part number HD 52300219, but best to double check with the parts guy.

That would be the closest one to the pattern in our seats.

Thanks for the reply and recommendations. I have been digging into this and apparently the 13 CVO Roadglide passenger backrest has the same yellow stitching and is a good match. The part number is 52300300. This link shows the backrest. There are two pics here and its hard to see but the stitching is yellow like our seats.

Personally I would go for the 13cvo road king back rest, it may not have the yellow stitching but it has the tuck and roll pleating which would tie it in better to the seat.

Your choice bud,just make the right one!

Yup...  Same reason I recommended that year rear pad.  It matches the  design of the passenger the seat... but was not sure about the stitching.   

To the OP, whatever you end up with, please post photos.

Tough to determine with limited online pics. Could buy both and decide which one to keep...or get the 13 CVO Road King restiched in yellow by a local leather shop over the winter. It's aggravating that the Motor Co. didn't release a perfect match. I guess they want to push us to the detachable tourpak. I will be picking that up for when we tour.

that's the one I went with also ..... figured I'd rather the stitching match ..... best pic I have ..... I can get you a better one tomorrow if you'd like .....

Funny, but I can't seem to find a photo of my bike where I can see perfectly the front of the backrest, lol... all side profile photos that do not show it well....

Part # 52300300 for the back rest. You will also need docking hardware, mounting plate...etc in Chrome or black. The stitching does match perfectly.
Looking for a picture from the front as well...

Thanks for pics and suggestions guys...I have one on order along with a few other goodies. Unfortunately, bike went into storage at dealer today for the winter.
