And with one of the two bags I utilize (it expands also).  Not quite as nice as the option of the new 2015 tourpac on a 2012 SESG (and Joe at Xtreme would do a bang up job on that one...) but not as expensive either.  I've got $450 or so in the rack and bags.  Rack was new, bags were from a member here that never used them.

Thanks Haird, wow the photos really help me out...I already have the bag and the small one that fits inside also...is that a Harley rack...looks like it has a logo in it and does it have the lights in it? regardless.... I am going with this set-up. I really don't want to spend the money on a tour pack plus IMO I think you can haul more with out the back of the bike being so top heavy. I really don't want to turn my Street CVO into a Ultra anyway, think in about 4 years I will go ahead and get the Ultra CVO and keep this one...Thanks again

It is a HD rack, Bob.  Part number is 50300044.  Here's the link:

I like that option and for the price, it was the way to go for me.  I've had Ultras over the years and really miss the tourpac not being there on the SESG.  However, I enjoy the looks of the SG but travel on it often so I needed something and I could not see putting $2500 plus into a detachable tourpac that I would only use on long trips.

Have a great, safe day and keep it between the ditches....

Thanks for the compliments, Joe at Extreme painting did a great job and is also a real nice guy to deal with. I'm very happy on my decision to go with the newer style tour pak. It's much easier to get into and the chopped version holds more then the older style king pack. As far as the clearance issue, I wouldn't let it change your mind. It's not a problem if you don't get crazy opening the saddlebag lids. I'm sure I'm able to stick something on the bottom side of the tour pak to protect it but not even sure it's needed for me. I'm more worried about the wife having an oops moment.
In response to Jeff, stay single, wives tend to complicate everything. lol

I am selling mine. Just want to get what I paid for it back. $280 shipped. There is an led setup that fits under the rack that hooks up to brake light. About $60. Let me know
