2012 cvo jumping when hard on throttle. loud sounds from primary

Hi guys. Need a little help.was riding my 2012 cvo streetglide. Went hard on throttle and I got a a bit of jerking and heard noises from primary area.

Drain Primary oil, then remove cover. Most likely you will see excess slack in primary chain, maybe a bad compensation sprocket or a damaged chain adjuster. Take a pic to show us.
