   I'm adding Saddle Bag Lid speakers with a four channel amp to my 09 SERG and it will need the Digital Tech software update, Does that update add the front to rear fade capability?

I would contact iron cross audio. i think they are a vendor on this site.

   I will on the next business day but this is not uncharted water here somebody that has gone from 2 factory faring speakers to 4 speaker up grade must know!!!

        I did a little searching here and it appears other members that have done the same type of up grade have had to get the digital tech update!

Your dealer can flash your radio, which adds front to rear fade

Yes.
My Dealer did it for me (no charge) or Iron Cross will do it n/c when installing f/r preamp outs.
