I have been getting many emails and pm's phone calls etc----- for posting pictures before we tear it down and build a 200 HP plus bike out of this New Shop Bike we have.

Things that are different are......

Muffler body and primary's will be longer....

Less bends more tucked in what I call Double V bend.

Different baffle design will produce less heat at collector.

And you can get it with a 3.25 baffle  in future.

Longer transition in internal core design in muffler and baffle body.

Still 16 gauge steel
Still  3 stepped header
Still 10 year warranty on header
Still 2 year warranty on heat shields
Still will have 12mm 18mm 02 bungs
Still comes with top and bottom heat shields
Still comes with billet end cap tips
Still has 5 different baffles to choose from.
Still will have Ceramic coating inside and out 4mls thick total on header Standard not an extra option..
Still made in USA

The new exhaust on the muffler will sit in factory length or extend out by  sliding muffler back and fourth.
Wow a first in the industry!!! Adjustable length up to extend 4 inch bags.

 A new off set L bracket for supper easy install on transmission you can get to carriage bolt very easy.

Less time wrenching more time riding lol!

Now both hands you can reach from top and bottom of carriage bolt. And look as always plenty of clearance between transmission cover.  Even if you decide to go with a Baker transmission this will still clear with no issues.

Sweet idea with the new L bracket/carriage bolt ... wish V&H would of done that too! Those were always a PITA on both bikes I've changed exhaust on.

Your phone actually did a pretty good job on that, better than others I've watched. Don't forget those loose bolts for the muffler mount unless you're still playing around with it.

Nice sound. Rode to sturgis alongside two of your pipes here from illinois and loved the sound. Did not give me the headache the D&D pipes have in the past. Will you have the ghost pipes to match the new design. I have always loved the sound and performance of the 2 into 1 design on my baggers.

Yes we offer a false pipe for this system.

Lol, no problem. That clip is now in my favs on YT ... loved it. I seriously considered one of your 2-1s, but (no offense) liked the stepped megaphone look of the Pro Pipe a little better. I do prefer the look of duals over any 2-1, but I love what a 2-1 did for performance and sound so I'm past the look now. One thing I personally could never get past is dragging around a dead pipe for looks, but to each their own on that.
