Here's ours out "in the wild" right before we cut it down. It's nice having a 25 year old son who STILL celebrates the annual tradition of getting the tree with us.
This year he got down and dirty and cut 'er down.

Very nice tree, Pete.  We put ours up the weekend prior to Thanksgiving this year but no pics.

It went up last night

then it went down! kinda!

5 cats think it's a real nice scratching post and somewhere to play grab ass!
Never make a 5'-10" (a very lovely 170 lb.) women mad!
out came the yard stick! whack!

you see, we have been collecting Swarovski ornaments (among others) now for about 16 years,
there is like 20 or so of these Crystal ornaments that will be going on the tree! and at $80 a pop!
you get the picture

I've since added padded carpet on the marble floor up the tree, just in case

Nice tree Longlast, that had to have taken some time!
Xmas is the biggest  holiday at out house for sure

I just got thru doing my version of Clarke Griswold's house decorating!
