  bought the esp on big blue june of 11. radio malfunction,tour pak latch and lower tour pak busted, muffler issue. dropped bike at dealer one week go. stopped at dealer today!! questioned service manager on claim? he says all good! parts are ordered. esp was worth it in this case and no HASSLES.

I've had positive experiences with the ESP on mine also - so far.

One Cam chest rebuild and oil pan cleaning due to a bad lifter in 2013, and the power ignition lock in 2014.

That is good news... Haven't had to use my ESP yet, but with all the recent negative comments posted about the program it makes me wonder if it's worth the expense. Time will tell, but it's good to know some make out well with this.

Bad news you had issues....good news is ESP covered and paid for the repairs.  Morristown, K'ville or Maryville?  I'm guessing K'ville.....

Thanks for the update, I did buy ESP, I hope I don't have to use it, but it is good to hear it works. Sounds like the main issues with ESP are if you have a modded motor, it will be interesting to see if claims get knocked back for aftermarket exhausts and air cleaners.

guess I need to let everyone know the bike is 100% stock. no mods! made that decision when I elected to buy esp.
