Lottery
« on: December 19, 2014, 12:39:16 PM »

On my way to work this morning I stopped for gas.  Get her all filled up, I'm ready to leave, turn the switch, press the button....nothing!  The flashers are going off, there's no code, so I know it must be something simple.  I recall the guy telling me he thought the fob was dying, and he thought the battery needed replacing.  DOH!  I head in to the gas station, and ask where there camera batteries are. The lady says "we only carry one kind" and she points to the isle.  Sure enough, they only carry one, and it's the RIGHT one!  What are the odds!?  So I swap the battery, head out to the bike, turn the switch, press the button...nothing!  Just then, one of the guys from longhorn harley pulls up to get gas.  We talk for a few seconds, he asks for my fob, holds it under the right side of my fairing and fires up Misty......seriously....I should have walked back in and bought a lottery ticket!!!   :cucumber: :cucumber: :cucumber:
