Did you use the module and harness specific to the CVO, or the one in the kit?  The kit listed in the online catalog has a note under "fitment" that the kit does not work with the CVO Limited or CVO Road Glide.  I read another thread around here that mentioned a different module and harness part number that is for the CVO's, Wire Harness W/Module-Firmware 69200949.  I have no idea if this could be related to your problem, just thought I'd mention it.  :nixweiss:

Yes.  All they really need to do is give you the correct module and harness assembly.  It can be ordered separately, or they could swap it out of the correct kit.

When you say the wrong set,,, are you talking about the complete set of lights or the fact that the module that comes with the lights is different between the sets?

Just checked. There's 3 different part numbers for the smoked lenses and 3 for the red lenses. I picked up these 67800451 which says it does fit the FLTRUSE. It's the only one that says that in the fitment guide.

I must have gotten lucky then. I pulled the kit off the shelf at the dealer not knowing that there's so many different ones.

Haven't bother to install them yet. Just put the bike up on the lift today for the winter. I'll have to install the lights in the house where it's warm so the adhesive can cure for a few days per the instructions. It says that you should not install them with the parts below 70* ( I think) and my garage is not heated.
