Need suggestion for RV park in TN for monthly stay this spring
« on: January 01, 2015, 08:59:58 PM »

Limited budget, so no Resort style parks.  I have a 34 ft Class A and want to stay somewhere in east TN - Loudon, Maryville,  area.

I would like to stay for at least one month if they have monthly rates.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Townsend TN has several RV parks, I would search it on line.  I have never used any RV parks in the area, however several look nice.

Townsend is about 15 to 20 minutes to Maryville, a few minutes from foothills parkway, a great but short ride,  Its ten miles to Cades Cove in the National park, and a nice ride to Gatlineburg via little river road in the Nationa park,

Townsend is the quiet side of the Smokey's.

I found a couple of spots that are in the area and within my budget.  Now if the drought will move with me from Texas...

this time of year shop around as there are lots more spaces open than rented. you my even look to some of the outlying cabin rentals just for comparison. ask about monthly rental rates.
