I ordered a set of Yafee bars from a company in Texas 1 1/2 years ago. Got them in a week but they were scratched. I called Yafee and they sent me a new set that day without question. All they asked was to send the old set back in the same box.
You have to understand, they didn't verify my original order at all. Didn't even question it. The guy on the phone simply put me on hold for a minute to check if they had a set then took down my address.
For me, that was exceptional customer service.
You must be the rare case. First time I dealt with Yaffee was for a Stealth plate frame. Said it would be a week, a month later I got it. Next time was for 14" Monkey bars on my 12 Skunk, told 6 weeks, 10 weeks later I got them. Next was for the stealth plate frame for my 13 CVO King, told a month, and got it in three weeks, but it came in powder coated black, not the chrome I order, two weeks to get that exchanged. Next time was for the 14 Monkey bars for the King, told 4 weeks, 8 weeks later I got them.
Now I was told when the order was placed the end of February. Called monday and told 8 weeks, so again 4 weeks past what I was originally told.
So for me, five different orders over 3 years, four times delivery was much later than I was told, and one time the wrong part came early but by the time the swap was made it was late. They do not return phone calls.
If I did not absolutely love the 14 Monkey bar, he would not get my business for it.
