The illuminated tank logo on my 2012 does not work, nor does my cigarette lighter.  Has not since I got the bike with <5,000 miles, two years old.

I'm had the fairing cap off and checked wires, and the tank console off for same.  No blown fuses in the fuse panel, but don't know if there are any others.

I do not have a wiring diagram for the SE3.

I bought this bike used, and the previous owner had installed some LED's.  The central connection "buss" and the wireless remote receiver and wires were under the seat connected directly to the battery with an inline fuse.  I have since removed this mess.

I cannot find any connectors under the seat that look to be loose or disconnected, just the AUX connector.

Anyone ran down this problem or have a wiring diagram I could borrow?

The same two things happened to me. Shorted out my sirius radio which was plugged into the lighter, and mine WAS the fuse. Check them again.

The cig lighter MAY have an inline fuse. Haven't been in there since I installed the 665.

You should buy the FLHXSE3 CVO Supplement and Parts Catalog. Our wiring is a bit weird, to say the least!

I did buy the Supplement and traced the wires back to fuse #3.

It WAS the fuse....thanks to both of you.
