I am getting ready to add the HD Boom Audio Saddle Bag speaker kit to my 2011 Street Glide, this kit contains the two speakers an amp and the wiring harness(s) to install.  I have already installed the speakers and the Amp and I am getting ready to complete the project with regards to the main harness.  The harness includes wiring for the rear speakers, iPod, XM and the Nav set up. 

My problem here is that I really do not want to use this harness if possible, I have already previously installed the XM, Nav and the communications package to my bike even though HD said that you could not with the help of several members here. I have also wired the bike for rear speaker pods and they work fine, this will be a speaker set up in the saddle bags for when I do not have the tour pak on the bike.
First I do not have a great deal of knowledge regarding audio, so not sure what I can do.  What I thought I would like to do is try to re-work the harness they sent (they have the proper connectors that attach to the saddle bag sent with kit) and tap into the speaker harness already coming to the rear of the bike and connect the AMP in the saddle bag to these four speakers. I will attach pics of the kit.  Instruction and parts kit is number 76000275
Any insight would be appreciated.

Solved this Question, the big harness was not necessary, I cut it back and just tied into the existing rear speaker leads, connected power and ground and it worked as it should.  No real room in the wiring console anyways with the existing speaker/intercom harness going to the back for the removable tour pak.
