« on: October 07, 2009, 07:32:40 PM »

Time to add the Pro Charger. I will photo the procedure as we go at Jamie Longs Fuel Moto shop in Wisconsin. He has tuned a dozen Pro Chargers to date and has a lot of the tuning data already worked out. This should be a fun project. Stay tuned!  :drink:

I have to say I was amazed at the number of pulls the bike took and the cylinder temp remained under 235. The intercooler  is very effective. The bike ran clean and never loaded up or missfired. Jamie @ Fuel Moto really has a great shop and Knows his Dyno.  :drink:

Pictures will be coming shortly on mine in a week or so.  seroadglide may have some from his vidiocam last night. I have to say I still can't get over the sound of that blown SERG coming up the road after the dyno session! Pro Stock at the drag strip!  It was so sweet!  seroadglide has the perfect bike combo!  :drink:

How loud is it? My buddy has a supercharged bike and his charger is so loud you cant hear the exhaust at idle. Did he use the center mount aircooler?

Take it easy, Greasy!  Gotta agree on the looks, but at least they did chrome everything real nice.  My bud did a supercharger and never really rode the bike that much afterwards......maybe it was just him.  Doesn't have the 'harley sound' if you know what I mean.  But, if ya wanta go fast, it's one of the best bangs for the buck, huh?  spyder

I know there is an air filter on the right side of the bike but the intake on the left is open, what happens in heavy rain? Does it suck in the water?
I think the system looks great and from what has been posted it seems to help somewhat with cooling the motor, I always wondered what would happen in stop and go summer traffic with a setup like this, Does it really keep things cool or will it increase temps vs. stock setup on a 110?

Would you share a picture from a perspective even with the front head?  The intercooler at least appears to be spaced from the crash bar in such a way that it looks like it must be almost touching the front head.  The air intake charge may be cooled down but air flow over the air cooled cylinder and heads would concern me a bit.  Perhaps a different angle will show it better.

10 psi. I took it for a ride and now have a permanent grin! I,m using Wide band Dyno Jet and it runs perfect. I found the rev limiter...comes up fast if your not watching! I,ll post a few more photo's. You have to like blower noise and get a power amp for the radio. It purrs loud! :drink:

I was grinnin all day. Jamie gave me a good Dynojet base. Runs perfect. Got to get on his dyno next week. Need to tweak the timing and raise the rev limiter with the master tune. Mileage did not suffer too bad with the 53# injectors.  I love the blower scream best of all! More riding tomorrow... :drink:

We did the first Dyno and the 52lb injectors were too small for top end! They hit 100% at 5800 rpm. 90% is the target at max RPM (6200). She still ran a strong 136 HP and 126 flbs. So next week we will install the 62lb injectors and move into into the 140's hp and 130's for torque. Were havin fun! :drink:

Drum roll please... 148.04 HP 132.74 TQ with the 10 lb pulley! I'm really happy with the great service I received from Jamie at FUEL MOTO! The bike has perfect street manners. We ended up with 69 lb injectors, Master tune and Dynojet wide band. I now have the perfect HD...it's a rush twisting the throttle!  :drink:

I put about 1000 miles on so far. Wisconsin is going to hold me back for a few months. Hopefully Global warming will help out this spring. I'm thinking I like this cover more than the plain one with the emblem. wts what did you get for numbers on the dyno? :drink:

Jamie has his blown 96 inch Roadking pullin 140hp 130tq with cams and 10psi! He claims 150 by spring with some adjustments on his mini bike motor! I could easily pull 160+ with the 110 but I will leave it at a mild 150hp for now...? Stay tuned

Well... Now that the new Jackpot headpipe has proven itself on the dyno multiple times it's time to bolt one on for another 5HP with no engine mods. The Dynojet wideband Auto tune in the system will handle the change and self adjust. I will post the new Dyno sheet soon. Jamie at Fuel moto sees no problem with an easy 155HP and torque in the 140's with only 10 PSI boost! Fuel Moto rocks, Can't wait for spring! :drink: http://fuelmotousa.com/home.htm
