FAST380, please post pictures when you are done. I am also wondering if your left side grip fit without grinding the handlebar. Thx Jack

Just finished my 11 CVO Street Glide tonight with 575 Wild 1 bars. did not have to length any cables or wires. the left hand grip did not fit had to use a hacksaw and cut about 1/8 of an inch off, worked great after that, the bars a great. After riding the bike I noticed that the check engine light was on and bike had power performance. I check the code and came up with a P1510 and P2138. Sound like a throttle sensor code. Anyone have this problem.

Do the Wild 1 575 bars position your hands in such a manner as to block the fairing mounted mirrors?

has anyone had luck saving the left grip that is clued on? the manual said to cut the old one off and clue on a new one. I have had luck in the past with a heat gun and some hard pulling. Let me know if there is a easy way. Also after taking the front off i noticed the Clutch line had plenty of slack, going to try and not order the new cable.. will keep you posted

How old is the bike?  They've not been glued on for several years.

Just looked over all my wiring to see if I did something wrong when wiring the throttle after installing the Wild 1 bars causing poor performance and bad code, I had two wires mixed up on the the 6 wire plug in the fairing, switched them cleared the code and works perfect. These are the third Wild 1 bars I have had on different bikes, these 575's are perfect for the Street Glide. I will send pictures tomorrow.

Nice! Where do you get those bars and how much are they?

Another question, I see that you have your Highway pegs on with the holes in the brackets toward the lowers.  Did you remove the lowers to mount them?  I don;t see how to torque the screws without doing so.

THanks

Dennis

I purchased the bars with other stuff so not sure exactly how much I paid for them. They are the WO 575's, and I didn't have to replace any wires / Lines.

As for the highway pegs, I was able to tighten one of the bolts and then gently rotate them into position and still tighten the other bolt. Did not remove the lowers to install them.

Thanks!

So so the bars make a big difference?  I feel like I am leaning forward a bit. I have a Corbin Solo (not the classic the other ) and it puts me down and back and I am 6'2.  When using highway pegs I feel like I cant reach them and lean back like I would like to.  THey will be a little closer when I put them on like yours tho
