Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Outstanding. Now I can do it the way I wanted using the chrome supports. I really appreciate you taking those extra pics and sending them out.

Removed the tour-pak after our ride last night. Took about 15 minutes to take eveything apart. This was the first time I did it, so I would think the time to disassemble will go down with practice. The part number for the detach kit is 53246-09. I went with the Badlander seat, all the wires tuck in easily under the seat. The only thing I do not like is the detachable hardware seems a little out of place with the tour-pak off. I'm picking up the covers from HD to go over the docking points to maybe help this (part number 48171-09). Laydown license plate bracket is HD. Saddlebag guards are removed for a cleaner look. Hawg-wired amp and component speakers took care of the amp issue under the tour-pak.

Which seat is this ?
Badlander ?

THXS , this seat looks really cool , the two up seats never catched my eyes before , but when i saw this Badlander , cool .
But with which height and inseam is it comfortable ( because of knee angle ),
and do you feel the ground because of the thin pad ?
Is it leather or vinyl ?
How is the fit ?

I am 6'0" with a 32" inseam. Comfort is OK, nothing special, but it does look good. I believe the seating surface is leather but not for sure. The fit is good although I don't like the way it runs up over the tank console. I had mine cut back by a local guy to fit tight to the console like a road king seat.

A little more detail an clearer pic on antenae relocation, are they stock HD, did you keep the fillers, do you plug into tourpack reinstalling with the grommets or have are they extensions with connectors?
Thanks in advance.

I'll have to take a better picture.  Eliminated the filler strips (which I was unsure about at first) but now really like.  Bought the shorty Harley Antennas and they're plugged into extensions with connectors.

It is an aftermarket stereo set up with amp(s) and speakers.
There is a member that sells these kits at a discount for our members. I believe it is hd-dude. You can PM him here at:  http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?action=profile;u=619

Here are two of the most popular for the conversion:

There are a ton of posts on this topic and a lot to read on with different stereo options.

Just wanted to take a moment and say thanks to those on this thread. The feedback here was the inspiration for me making the tourpak on my 2010 SEUC detachable.

I used the GA relocation bracket to make it more comfortable for my wife when the TP is attached. I also used the antenna bracket from the 2009 SERG to attached my AM/FM antenna when the TP is detached. I bought a second SERG chrome antenna bracket and gently bent it in reverse to use as my CB antenna bracket. It worked perfect and let's me use the CB whether the TP is attached or detached.

I tried the HD "Shorty" antennas but both the AM/FM and CB reception were incredibly poor. I received almost no AM/FM and the CB distance was dramatically reduced. I returned them after a single trip and went back to the stock antennas which get great reception even when the TP is detached.

I find now that I have the new headset from HD that can be used with a half helment (hangs over the ears) that I use the CB with the guy's I ride with so having access to the CB is now something I use alot more.

All-in-all it was a great project and I'm definitely glad I made the TP detachable. Here's my thread on the conversion with pics. http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=45226.0
