I ride my bike all year round but not daily.  I only live 5 miles from where I work and I have a hangup about riding short distances.  When I ride I want to be gone for hours and put miles under me, so I ride hard on the weekends and spend the rest of the week performing upgrades and cleaning.

Hop on the ferry and go to Maui

No, not a daily driver here.  I get the same gas mileage out of my Prizm, so I take that to work.  Anyway, how could I concentrate on work knowing the bike was outside calling to me?
