I used a small bit of super glue where the rubber was starting to peel. .  They really suck.  Stuart

Just put new grips on today.  These are from the Slipstream collection. Took the part numbers  from the 2014 cvo limited. I wanted to keep the heated grips too.

RH side. . I like these a lot better.  I really hate the airflow grips.  Mine were peeling. And not at all comfortable.

Full view. . Soooo much more comfortable than the easy to peel and Airflow grips  :2vrolijk_21:

On '11 SERGU, grips were shot after 68,000 miles. Decided to change them. Now for the HD heart attack.....One cannot simply change the grips, had to buy heated grips, controls and wiring harness for both sides, cost for this simple change of grips for two HD dealers......$596 and a deal...$545. Asked about buying normal HD heated grips and was told wiring harness for CVO heated grips and regular HD heated grips was not same, soooo, either way, wires in handlebars needed to be replaced.

Not sure if this is same for my new '16 SERGU, but I am hoping they woke up over there and decided not to screw those who spend above and beyond the normal HD buyer. Somehow I doubt that.
