I have had several bikes get 30K on the front of the new dual compound.  Rear I'm luck to get 17,000  I have had some go as quick as 13,000.  I average 24,000 on a bike.  So this has proved so for my CVO road King, two CVO road glides, and a CVO Road glide ultra.

just a quick note.  the dunlop dual compound tires are rear only.  not available on the front.

Miles on tires may be related to road type. Concrete vs asphalt. And what kind of rock is in the asphalt. Limestone vs granite or other hard rocks.  I noticed while going to Alaska that their asphalt roads wear tires really fast due to the granite.  Just a thought.

My (original) stock rear Dunlop howled so bad i thoght it was the belt or tires were rubbing frame or fender.  Started at 5-6k miles.

I'm glad I read this thread and saw that other people had that noise when turning left and right. I also thought I had something wrong with my bike when I heard the "wooooo" during turns. It sounded like Ric Flair was in my saddlebags.
