Sounds like the daily talking points the RNC puts out to the faithful to me Iski !
Sorry Dude, but I respectfully disagree. Homeland Security is the wedge the rich and powerful are using to leverage the entire country into their coffers. Doesn't matter which party you are talking about. That's just another smoke screen to distract you and me and most average folks from the real issues which is NWO. I'm not going off on a rant about NWO either since it's way too complicated and way to controversial to get into on a website dedicated to motor cycles. You are indeed right about one thing. I hate George W. Bush in a way I never thought myself capable of hating a public figure whom I do not personally know. I am even surprised at times by the breadth and depth of my hatred for this man. You're wrong about something else though. I am not a Clinton apologist. I'm a Reagan Republican.

BB- Homeland Security (which I have not posted about until now in this thread) as an idea preceded 9/11 & the Repubs who were against it, as I recall, embraced it and all its pork as soon as the post 9/11 hysteria began to peak. It's not all pork, but there is pork-a-plenty involved and it has become a Social Security-type sacred cow of sorts. NWO is another thread and agreed not the topic for a bike board. Both political parties are heavily invested in it, IMHO and I'll just leave it at that.
As to Repub or Dem talking points - I do not bother reading either though there is easy access to both. Basically pablum for the party faithful that obscures as much as they reveal, poorly done quite often. Sometimes laughably as in this latest troop funding/withdrawal hoopla, but the matter is a serious one. What troubles me is the inability of both parties to address the situation from a realisitic standpoint. Too much political posturing.
Although stereotypes can be a real time saver, I never figured you to be a Clinton apologist BB. Better to form opinions based on actions and fact, but it takes more time if worthwhile. Occasionally there is beer involved so all in all its not time wasted. I have never been a Repub but used to be a Dem, until Jimmy Carter's term cured me of that. Bush bashers in many ways are similar to Clinton bashers & both enjoy their bashings for similar and different reasons. We enjoy freedom of speech and yadda yadda yadda, but truthfully, the situation we are in in Iraq goes way beyond teeing up some guy's head and swinging away. We are going to be there for quite some time, regardless of who is prez. Pols from both sides are merely arguing about the numbers at this point.
