Good day yesterday, I did not ride my Fatboy at all last year.  Hopped on the CVO RG to for a 96 mile round trip to get a new battery for the Fatboy.  Installed it, fixed to bad grounds, put new tag on her.  Put air in the tires, and took her for a 45 mile ride.  She is running well.  Then hopped on the CVO for a 109 mile club ride.  Total of 250 miles on a very nice day.

Thanks, I do still like the long shots 23 years later.  It's a 95" with increased compression and a S&S 570G cam, so it barks.

After Church yesterday, my Wife asked if I wanted to go for a ride with her.  It's the second time she has been on her Road Glide since total knee replacement.  It was a perfect day, 83 and low humidity.  Stopped for a late lunch at Iron Works Grill.  Their trout is very good.  It was a nice 105 mile day.

Some buddies and I rode down to Freebornes in Laurel Springs NC yesterday. None of us had been down there in a few years and the weather here was absolutely fabulous for April. After a delicious lunch, we rode down the Parkway to RT 16 and back up across The Back of the Dragon to Tazewell, stopping at the Dragon Store for a refreshing beverage before heading back to the bunker.

Just over 207 miles on a sunny Saturday in the beautiful hills of WV, VA and NC with good friends and good food. Who could ask for more?
