Just ask for the 4" Rinehart slip ons- the 4" is the diameter of the muffler (as opposed to the old 3 1/2" ones). The 4" comes standard with the 2.25" baffle, so no need to specify what size baffle you want, because that is how it comes. Your only choice as far as options go is if you want the chrome tips or black tips. Most go for the black, I went for the chrome.
When you order the x pipe, tell Steve you have a 110", so he will recommend the "b" pipe, which is for the 110"s. Yes, you re-use your stock heat shields.
The TTS is easy to download onto your bike. Just print out the instructions that come on the disc you get, and if you have any questions, ask someone here or call Steve at Fullsac- he is a nice guy and very helpful. It's pretty easy- you just plug it into the bike, and click a few things, and you're done.
I can't comment on the heat as I bought my bike second hand and it never had the cat in it (had a catless headpipe, but I still chose to put on the x pipe), but I hear it makes quite a difference with the heat. Not sure if you plan on putting on lowers, but I have the soft removable ones, as I find the heat is much more noticeable with lowers on, and don't like to run them when it's over 75 degrees.
For my windshield, I have the 10" Windvest, and like it better than the 12" Klockwerks, as do most, but windshields are a tough one to recommend to someone, as there are so many variables (seat height, the riders height, torso height, and even handlebars because they also dictate how upright you sit). For me, I like some wind, so the 10" should be a keeper for daily use, but I will probably order the 12" before I take any long trips.
I should get around to posting some updated pic's- a lot of these mod's I speak of are new for this riding season...last time I tried to post pics, they were too large, so I'll have to take some smaller sized ones to post.
