You are the first person who has said anything about this. Why are they not working?

As I said, the brackets on my bike are totally different that the brackets on older models....When I get a chance, I'll try to get a couple of pics posted...It's not that your parts are not working, I'm not sure how to get the stock parts removed....

Are the brackets different from the 2011 SESG??? I didn't think so, but I could be wrong.....if not then just pull the stock retaining clips off of the factory bracket and replace it with the clip that Brukus supplies and screw the bags right into them......Or not---did the MoCo change something from '11-'12???

I'm surprised that there is such a large discussion over a simple problem. If the vunerable OEM quick release doesnt suit you, the solution is a few dollars worth of basic automotive hardware that you can get almost anywhere (or get the bolts that would come with a H-D saddlebag kit for non-touring). I applaud Brukus for filling this small market with kits, but any one with a set of wrenches could solve this in a couple minutes.
I'd like to see a safety minded quick release kit. That is something I would buy. I'm a sucker for quick release stuff.

I think anyone who has our kit will agree that while our kit does secure the bags, they only add maybe a minute to the quick release. They're just no longer quickly released when you don't want them to be.

I put my new brukus saddle bag fasteners on today.  I've had them here for 3 months and almost forgot that they were here.   Went on nicely and I love they way they secure the bags to the bike.  Nice to see a product that looks like its gonna do what it says.  :2vrolijk_21:

There they were,, in the original envelope in a basket on top of my refrigerator.  I thought I better put them on before something bad happens.  Thanks for the neat idea.  :2vrolijk_21:

Exactly! Would have been a bummer to have a bag fall off or both get stolen when you had the product there all along.

We keep working on new ideas! We are very serious about helping our fellow riders secure their bikes.

Maybe you can get hold of JP catalogue or Dennis Kirk.  I like Dennis Kirk for lots of stuff.  They ship very fast and they have great prices.  I look at they mailings all the time.  Then you can possibly talk to some local HD dealers.  If you can package these items so that's it's easy to read and hang on the wall,  you might be able to get some more exposure that way. I'm sure these items would sell if more people saw them.  I found about your items from this site.  But I know that ou don't need to have a CVO to want to protect your bags and valuables.   We have "sales reps" for materials we buy on our business.  Maybe you can hook up with a few of those.

Yes. Working on all of the above. Have a distributor we are working with, too, but we find that with the dealers - the want to carry our products because their customers come in asking for them.
