I'm getting ready to replace my 130 Dunlop with a 140 Metz on my '03 SERK too and would be interested in members feedback as well.

Mileage?
Fit issues?
Traction?

I have a flhrsei2 and made the change about 5k miles ago.  They fit without any mods, but it is too soon to tell what effect they will have re tire mileage.  They did increase the max load for the bike and I now use 40psi in the front and 44psi in the back when riding 2 up.  I honestly can't tell if they are "stickier' as others have claimed.  Only downside was price compared to the Dunlops.  They were discounted during Arizona Bike Week so I decided to give them a try.
Good luck

I am going to change mine to the MU85B, I like the wider tire, heavier load rang and thicker tread.  Does anyone know how long they actually last?  I have 12,500 miles on my stock 130 and will need to replace it soon.

Well I got brave enough and put a set of metzler tires on with 140 mm rear. Fact is its not that much wider than the orginial dunlop, 7mm is all. Feels a little more sensative. Dont notice cracks in the hiway as much, but the old dunlops had 22000 on the front and 12400 on the rear so its not fair to compair the two. Im happy, lifes good, maybe I can rest now. I still can't belive they cleard the belt guard. What if I had a 150mm [smiley=brood.gif]

Ya I have a funny feeling about that too. :-/
I just returned from the HD shop to check on some stuff for the new RG, and now I'm having second thoughts.....but I know I will enjoy it.
Too bad that I have to spend over $2K to get it to run as good as the SERK.....the 2006's are really running lean, and you can't just change the mufflers & AC, because, then run even leaner....about 17 on the AF ratio. [smiley=nixweiss.gif]

I'm riding the Metzler's now and they do seem to ride better, and a quite a bit sticker in the corners. Hard to get used to running their recommended pressures, but so far not any complaints from the occasional passenger. Supposedly they wear longer but no data from this end to back that up. Anyone out there a long term Metzler user ?  [smiley=nixweiss.gif]
