I hope this thread keeps going...maybe I'll get up enough nerve to pull out the dremmel tool. The vents have been sitting in the mancave for a few months now.  Doc


I can't do it Doc.  Just can't cut the OE pieces.  My warm legs may be willing but my heart screams "you stupid m&%(_r   f(^_)(^%r get away from those Classic SERG parts with that Dremel!"

...the one's on this thread, guess there are multiple sources for the same product. I wish they were made out of metal and had a more positive opening and closing mechanism. If I can get that worked out...no I still couln't do it. :confused: It's like the reason I bought Bushtec, so I wouldn't have to drill holes in my tour pac for a rack.  :D  Doc

Oh god I think I just sprained a lung.  Best laugh in weeks.  Even more because I said almost exactly the same thing to one of the guys at Hot Springs when I dragged my then new-to-me Roadstar down there :huepfenlol2: :drink: .
