I have Dairyland insurance and my premiums have been steady for years, they actually went down a little. Pricing is of course dependent on several factors. your age, rider training??, age of the bike, the level of coverage, the deductable chosen, where you live, ect,ect.... remember the insurance companies have actuaries to figure out the most profitable way to rate/charge you.
I guess what I'm saying is that what I pay may or may not be comparable to what you'd pay for the exact same bike and coverage, but I live in CT and I pay about $850 a year per bike on the Harley's - full coverage, stated value(replacement cost, and I had to have an independent appraisal done on the Fatboy due to all the changes made to it) and accessory coverage(I forget the exact amount but I think it's $10,000) so I do pay a higher premium than some folks. I have shopped around and for the level of coverage I opted for, nobody has beaten my current costs.
It may benefit you to shop around some, Progressive, Dairyland, Foremost ect...just don't ask Allstate if you live in the northeast they wanted almost Triple what I currently pay for the same coverage!!
