Well, picked up the bike on Friday and it's so much more comfortable than my VROD.  Not to mention, I don't get that hooligan feeling of winding up the revs.  However, I do kinda miss it!  ;) The stock exhaust note is better than what I expected.  However, I think I will go with the V&H Monster Rounds.   I will post some pics later on this evening.

Good choice on the monster rounds. Have them on 2 bikes. 2003 road king classic and 2014 CVO Road King. Great low end torque, power and sound.
Works best with Power duals (on my CVO) from my own experience. I have true duals on the other bike and it gets too loud on long trips. Low end torque is not as good either.

The riders backrest I sent you will fit right on that setup, when you remove it looks just like your pics, gonna need to get another pad.

That's a beauty! I saw it this morning at my Idaho Falls HD dealership...  still waiting 6 more weeks for this one. Can't wait for my CVO Street Glide. I ordered it the first of December...

First thing I do on my bikes ride it home, remove reflectors.  I also get inserts to remove the bag latch reflectors or new bag latches.  I just do not like reflectors.

So....I've been reading on other threads about replacing the stock headers and keeping the original mufflers.  Has anyone here done it and what headers did you go with?  I'm still new to the Harley scene after riding sportbikes for so long.  A fair assumption would be that I will also need to have it tuned afterwards.
