I am from Alberta was down to stave's twice for a tune
you always need a excuse to ride half the continent  ;D

if its to long for one ride park it in storage and come back for the second half
or I am going down to Atlanta for the ride home I could meet you in the middle for a beer

or the guy at medicine hat Harley I heard is not bad with a TTS only a two hour ride
and because you bought the kit from Steve he could even give the guy in the hat a pep talk for you
just trying to provide some options

If your up for a long ride go see Steve George at Fulsac, in Lake Havasu, AZ. If your up for a short drive over to see lee Urich at JARZ Performance in Abbotsford, B.C., they both are great tuners..

Ya i have herd they are good it's unfortunate you have to go so far for a tune you would think somewhere in this province there would be a good bike shop. It would be nice to get the full potential outa this bike not leave anything on the table. In the winter I may pull the heads and send them down to Steve for porting and polishing and do the throttle body but for now I just want a good tune and ride for summer.

Travis I live in the states and still had to go 240 miles to a real tuner. It's a problem every where.

In past summers I have rode to JARZ in Abbotsford and bike to Calgary, probably a 1300 mile round trip, sure worth it.

I have also ridden to Steve's Fulsac in Lake Havasu and back from Phoenix to have set of Fulsac and tune done.

Also rode from Oakland, HD Dude back to Phoenix after install and tune of my HD 120R by Jim.

All of these jaunts had tremoundsley boosted the performance of my bikes, especially the change over to the 120R by Jim. Now since everyone is going on about the 120ST as being the upcoming engine in the new CVOs and the 110s losing their value. I am ahead of the game already as are the others who have upsized their stock engines.

Ya it's worth it if you can get some good gains and get it running perfect. If they come out with a 120st in a road glide next year like I here I might be tempted but the numbers on the harley sight are not that impressive I think they say like 105 hp outa the 120st if I remember right but I'm sure there is more potential more cubes is always better.

With my 120R, with a few minor tweaks, TMAN 625 Cams, S&S Lifters c/w limiters,, 58mm TB c/w 5.3 G injectors, Ventilator AC, WEGNER Exhaust, VPC and no other engine work. i am at 130 HP and 134 lb. ft. TQ,. And I have over 12,000 miles on this build, and bike runs great,

120 square is not hard to do , Big bore kit cam t/b stock heads good ex and tune it. No issue breaking the 120/120 range :2vrolijk_21:

I agree and in some cases the SE tuner is not the best tuner for the job. In fact in many case it lacks the options that others have and your hands as a tuner are tied. ..

It begs the question, what is the best overall tuner in your opinion?
