No water shortages, live on a lake, avid snow skier, lush green vegetation, don't water the lawn hardly ever (it stays green), cheap power for Bonneville damn system, great fishing, no pollution..................just a little white stuff and drizzle from time to time, not that we're defensive or anything :huepfenlol2:

Summer doesnt bother me, we leave early, head up to the canyon, ride around up there all day, come back down in the evening. I ride all year long. Since growing up in Chicago, and leaving there when I was 20, I wouldnt go through a winter for all the teenage twat in taiwan.

Hell yeah, enough is enough!!! Got up this morning it was 9 deg, 40mhp gusts!!! It's now 12 deg. I rode on Sat. and it was 60 deg. We don't get this cold that often here, let alone at the beginning of spring. Supposed to be time to ride. I'd say, enough is enough! ;) Hoist! 8)

It's been in the upper 50's low 60's here in Colorado, almost all the snow is gone, all the bikes are coming out, been on a few rides the last few days!! Springs on the way!!!! :pepper:

Rog...so where do you ski out there?  I've been wanting to do a trip to Whistler, but it ain't happening this year 'cause I bought wheels and chit.  I haven't been skiing but about 5 years, but it's about the most fun I've had with my clothes on.  I've been to Crested Butte, Breckenridge, and Park City, but would like to ski something in your part of the country.  I'm not great, but can handle all blues and most of the blacks without eating a great deal of snow.

I haven't skied Whistler even though it's relatively close, I'll PM why.

Lots of time in Sun Valley, grew up at Crystal Mountain here, ski patrol etc.  Likewise I haven't skied as much as I'd like in the last few years.

Our new home is near the local ski area at Snoqualmie Summit, 20 minutes, maybe next year.

Whistler anytime in the next few years would be a great trip with all the Olympic improvements being made.

Ill be riding today, riding to a poker tourney in Emeryville, hope I bust out first hour, then I can ride rest of day. Id skip the damn thing, but its a weekly points tourney, and I am close to winning a WSOP main event seat. wish me luck.
