Kind bars. :2vrolijk_21:

"The Ball & Chain" just discovered Kind bars a couple of weeks ago, I like 'em too!!

We always carry a couple of bags of trail mix, and 2-3 bottles of water on the bike, in case of a breakdown...

Beef Jerky and almonds (lightly salted) need the salt on hot days. Also plenty of water.

Zone Perfect nutrition bars (dbl dark choc) and beef jerky. Did I mention beef jerky? Could live on that all day. Arnold Palmer 1/2 & 1/2 to drink.           JoeS

Hi Country beef jerky. Many of my ventures pass right by the factory.

I usually pack some assorted protein bars and other energy type snacks such as from Premier Protein and keep Starbucks locations on my GPS to fill the need for caffeine.   :)

Cheese crackers or peanut butter crackers.  They're at every convenience store or truck store at which you'll ever stop and, unlike the Twinkies myth, I don't think they can ever go bad.  Will ride all day doing a bottle of water and a package of crackers at gas stops then do dinner at night.  Yummy.

Always in the tour pack!
