This user name is going to get confusing  ;D .

Dude Jr., the 07 Screamin Eagle Ultra has the nav system out of the box.  The "stock" Ultras require purchase of it after the fact.

For the fast reply, YES it does.  BTW Welcome to the best site for answers that ring true.

I would definately suggest your salesperson get to know his products better.  Especially at 33,495, he or she should know every bell and stock whistle on board.

For CVO (FLHTCUSE2) Jester 07 :
Yes , it' does !
It's include in the HK with the same screen.
It means that you have not the map on the screen but all other informations and the arrows for the direction.

Welcome to the site Jr....by now you know it comes with the CVO Ultra.  [smiley=beatdeadhorse.gif]  ::) Your dealer must still be thinking they're selling the '06 which didn't.... [smiley=oops.gif]  It's a little limited in the way it routes you, but it works good....some folks on here have opted to mount a Garmin and use that instead of the HK Nav System.  Try it and see if you like it first.  Like I said, it is limited in how it routes you, but I've grown acustom to that.
Cheers [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif],

My o6 did not have a nav.  My 07 does but I much prefer my Garmin 2720 street pilot.  I can download specific routes that I have put together.  I can also email those same routes to friends to download in any mapsource driven unit they may have.  Its great for Hog Clubs.

That is one of the Advantages of the Garmin.  I still have my Road Tech Quest and a Garmin 2610 that I can mount on the 07, if the nav system gets too painful to use....

Yes, I had a great setup on my 03 Ultra, where the GPS was on my PDA/Phone, in a weatherproof case on the bars.  It was hooked up to the audio system via Bluetooth, and muted the audio to give me route instructions or make/take phone calls.  Hey, I even had internet access and movie playing ability on my bars!  :)   I'm sure going to miss the proper maps, and the speed-trap warnings with the HD system....  :-/  Garmin would be great if there was any method of tying it in to the audio system to mute it when it gives instructions.  Connecting via the AUX IN isn't a lot of good as you could listen to music or the Garmin, bit not both.  :'(

My Opinion is that the Harley Nav System included on the 07 SEUC really sucks.  It's old technology without a color display screen (which BTW sucks in its own right too) . It lacks any detail for addresses, is a pain to program, and it requires a disc in the dash to use if you add anything new.  It also defualts to NAV when starting and has become very annoying.  As far as I am concerned, it is an option that frankly you will not be impressed with in the big picture.  It is handy to have for only one reason.  That you are so hopelessly lost that you can use it for a self rescue, but that's about it.  OK, OK, in the 80's it woulda been real kewl, but nowadays with touchscreen etc, why bother getting excited about this bugger.

Can you tell I don't like this option?

See ya

Rhino,
What's you're firmware version?  I have the latest, v8.11, in my unit and with the exception of the "accept responsiblity" screen, my unit always starts back up where I left it.  If, I shut the bike down with it on XM, it starts back up in XM, or NAV if I shut if off in NAV, or FM, WB, or whatever....I haven't experienced it ever coming up on anything other then what I shut the bike off on...
