Internet Pic Tennessee but Where?

I scoured the Internet searching for this. Pic title said Tennessee.
But where? Near what town or hwy or mile marker. I want to Ride it!

Google image search says it is West Road leading up to Signal Mountain in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Sorry - that would be W Road

Straight north of Chattanooga, just east of Signal Mountain.  A great drive.  Never done it on a bike, but have driven it...  In Red Bank, TN, off Mountain Creek Road...

That would be, as others have already stated, the "W" road going up/down Signal Mountain, TN.  Yes, it's fun but BUSY!  Here's a link with some interesting facts:

By the way, for the W road...which we've established is NOT the one in the first post picture...., the view off Signal Mountain is spectacular looking back toward Chattanooga/Red Bank/Soddy (and don't forget Lookout Mountain...home of Ruby Falls, Patriots point, the Incline and Rock City).
