Would you be so kind to post up that sheet??  As a stock 255 from what I have tuned its that would be hundreds of them none have gone over 100 HP and tq with the 255 is 108-112 with the 110 mark very common hp is 90-95 with the 92,93 number being very common.

And yes the large core in the mufflers will make it noticeable when riding the bike.

My engine is stock except for decat headers and V&H monster rounds.
Interested in your comments to my numbers of 96.65HP with 113.30tq

Your sheet is in STD so the numbers are up 1-3 ish call it 2 .. Graph is  not very smooth ,  Smoothing is on 5 so that is correct  it was approx 69 *F  other than that , to me its not tuned well if it was tuned, no reason for the jerky lines,  Best guess lack of timing and may have also been lean on the pull.   Numbers wise if you back out the STD correction its in the ball park of normal CVO tunes.

I just got my 2016 street glide CVO, had the Dealer put on Rush true duals with RC Excaliper slip on's. The dyno sheet shows about 100 +\-hp with 105 +\-ft lbs of torque. To cold to test ride it yet but will post when it warms up to 20 degrees or so and I can take it out. Sure sounds nice. Low rumble at idle but really livens up with you rev it up

I'm in the same place as it sounds like your could have been..
Did you get a race tuner from HD? What did they have to say about warranty issues after putting on the true duals?
I would like to go with Fullsac baffles and sleeves etc. but I have a Harley race tuner already. You know if that could work for tuning with Fullsac?
Help me ya'll
