I see he is running the pro street pipe. It works for mid and top end power . The rear wheel on those is heavier than the std bagger so there is power loss there , and the counter balancers from what see do not help with power either.
Even the stock 255 will have a dip down low then pick up and then sign off fast.. The pipe is the biggest culprit here .
here is a 103 at approx 10.1 comp ratio with a 255 cam. Now this thing should hit like a hammer off the bottom.. BUT due to pipe you can see that even this stout cam for low end tq just did not work.. Its not the cam but the EX system.

Here is a breakout with our cam and a V&H big radius pipe. With the stock 255 cam and these pipes it made 87 and 106

Here is another CVO softail with VH staggered big shots with the 255 and our cam. Sure there was a nice gain but the pipe again was not up to the task performance wise .

VS the same CVO 110 with out cam and a good pipe.. I would rather show you up front what you can look to see with the proper parts vs you thinking that a cam will be the fix all.. Its only one part in the engine, you need all the parts to play well together.
