Looks more like a Confederate Hellcat F-124 to me.

you are correct. .... current avatar is F-124 please see the following links http://flhrsei.org/attachments/fat_bloke_left_front600.jpg http://flhrsei.org/attachments/fat_bloke_3-4_view.jpg http://flhrsei.org/attachments/fat_bloke_right600.jpg

No inconvenience at all. I saw the images of the Fat Bloke but was confused because they did not match your current avatar.

The Fat Bloke and the F124 are significantly different machines yet each represent pure art in their respective category!

Sorry for hi-jacking the thread...back to the Brembo brakes...

It has been my experience that the greatest braking improvements can be obtained through the use of ductile iron rotors paired with full floating piston calipers. OEM calipers only float two of the four pistons, hence the drag and uneven wear characteristics. The ductile iron rotors are very rarely used on motorcycles due to the asthetics. They oxidize when wet, same as your car, which is wiped clean during the next application of the brakes. Coefficient of friction is far superior to anything short of carbon/ceramic exotics. GMA offers an application that is a fully floating ductile iron rotor mounted to a billet carrier. These rotors when paired with any quality designed floating nulti-piston caliper of sufficient size will give the greatest improvements in brake performance. Pads are a whole different chapter but equally important. More info available at http://www.gmabrakes.com/rotors.htm.

Just my $.02.

Well its taking a little longer than I thought having to rebuild the front brake line(brembos need a straight banjo at the caliper)  waiting on a fitting.

Magoo, these appear to be 4 piston? Yes/No. If so do they have 4 individual brake pads? or just a inner & outer? Does Brembo offer a six piston unit (like progressive)? Do they just have this caliper that mounts with a bracket? (possibly something you wanted?) Or do they offer a dedicated assembly ? Like the Progressive unit? I love the rotors and think Brembo is the best, Just want my cake and eat it to, By that I mean I want a dedicated Caliper (dedicated to a HD Dresser) that does not req a bracket. I ask all these questions, because I know you know the answers, thanks.
