Not sure if they are  or not.  I have a pair of slip ons that where on my 13 LTD. May put them on the 15 in spring or put them up for sale.  Kind of likening  a little quieter ride as I get older

I had the 4 in Rhinehart slip ons, on my 2013 Ultra 103, dealer said they would work just fine.
I would think that would be the same for the 110,

Not the same exhaust, but going to V&H High Outputs (4" or 4.5" I think) made my bike wake up 500 RPM or so later than the FatShotz I had on. I had no clue a baffle that size would kill that much low end. I learned the hard way.

Dealers sell the most popular exhaust and the sounds the people like.  Dealers are not the place to go for Performance.

The Vance and Hines High Outputs are one of the most popular pipes, people love the sound and looks.  As you found out, you loose low end torque and torque at the normal riding RPM 2500-3000 RPM.

I too learned the hard way.  Funny thing was dealer was very quick to buy my Hi Outputs back, only lost 200 dollars.  Got the fullsac cores for the stock pipe, and ended up with money in my pocket after the mistake.

Saved me a lot on pipes since as I have had four bikes since the mistake, and all have had the fullsac baffles.

Why you get rid of the fat shots?? Sound or look?
I had super trapp 2-1 on my old sporty that was all jacked up motor wise that made  92hp and 97tq according to the guy that dynoed it.didnt look as nice as a lot of pipes and had a much different sound for sure.

I switched to the HO's when I wasn't as educated as I am now. I do love the looks and sound of the HO's like most people do. I don't care for the looks or sound of the FatShotz, however wouldn't have switched if I would have known about the power loss. The FatShotz wanted to pull from idle, they were amazing performance-wise.

With the Crushers, I can get the combination of everything mentioned. I'm selling both the FatShotz and HO's.

I have them....I love them....but at the same time, I'm thinking about going with the OS 450s to fill the cut out more.

from what i  have read on the forum is they are horrible follow end torque and many ppl have dyne sheets to prove it, but on the same note many ppl don't notice it while driving. i went with core kit from full sac and love it but also fine with the stock look of my slip on... all personal preference i guess. i have the 2'' core but they say the 1.75 performs better, also available are the 2.25 and 2.5 heard the 2.5 sound close to the rhineharts. plus its 100 bucks if you don't like it I'm sure you could easily sell it and get most your money back.
