Hi everyone,
New to the forum. I recently purchased my second Road Glide, a 2011 Road Glide CVO and am doing a build on it. This will be my third build but my first on a touring bike with a stereo system. I find building the bike and researching and finding the parts and wrenching myself to be as exciting as the riding afterwards and gives me a sense of pride when people ask who built it and I can tell them it was me. Although I struggle through most wrenching with youtube and the forums, I have zero knowledge on stereo systems.
I just removed the touring pack and am putting the detachable 4 point system on it. I have JL Audio 7.7" marine speakers and bag speaker lids to match. I also purchased the Pickard Hidden Fairing Support bracket which has a mounting spot for an amp.
Will the CVO amp run my JL bag speakers if I just run the wires that ran to the Tourpack speakers into the bags or should I be placing an amp in the fairing? If i keep the HD amp, I read a couple threads where guys mounted them between the bag and wheel, which is probably what I would end up doing as well as I do not want it in the bag.
Here is link to speakers:

The speakers say they are 100W 4ohm and it suggests an amp with 75-150 W of continuous power per channel. If I buy an amp to fit these speakers, I am assuming they will blow the front factory fairing speakers? Should I upgrade them as well and if so, what fits the factory hole that would be suitable with what I have now?
If you have any links to a good thread with thorough directions on moving the amp and wiring from the rear where the tourpack is to the front that would be greatly appreciated. I need the Amp relocation for Dummies version.
Thanks in advance everyone, look forward to spending alot of time on here in the future.
