Would love to see you post a comparison of both bikes on the Breakout forum here
If the weather ever decides to cooperate I am going to get some miles on the Pro Street and finish breaking it in so I can get a better idea of how it performs and rides. I got out on it twice since I picked it up March 27th. Since then it has been in the 70s and raining, well below freezing, rained, sleeted and snowed. Initial impression is the CVO is much slower than the V-Rod which makes sense with probably 40 less HP. The riding position of the CVO is much more comfortable. Ride is more comfortable on the CVO too. Handling is probably going to go to the V-Rod. Sound is a toss up right now. I love the sound of the baffled TAB slip ons on the V-Rod but also love the sound of the Cobra slip ons on the Pro Street. Two distinct but equally bad ass sounds (although I think the CVO is louder). Looks wise, they are both wicked looking. I have never been on a bike that attracts more attention than my V-Rod. Time will tell if the Pro Street turns as many heads. I obviously love the look of both.
